I have a new favorite lip color! MAC D for Danger lipstick is a gorgeous berry shade with a matte finish. I love it! I have been looking for a berry lip color for a while now, but usually it’s too purple, so I’m very excited when I found this shade. D for Danger is a permanent lipstick shade at MAC. I recently found it when I was browsing their Retro Matte collection.
Aug 14, 2016 D For Danger has been described as a brick red shade by MAC but is would differ completely. It is a wonderful gorgeous shade of magenta which is wearable considering the muted look to it. I love the plum tone to it and this is my new favorite lipstick. It can be worn both day and night without looking OTT. Mar 01, 2016 Hi loves! I really wanted to wear D for Danger by MAC and I figured that this would be an opportunity to wear and show you guys that it's totally appropriate for work! I hope you guys enjoy this! We’ve placed have / want / had icons everywhere you see a product, either on a picture, in a list (like on the brand or category pages), as well as at the top of individual product pages like this one for Matte Lipstick - D For Danger by MAC. Add products to your makeup collection wherever you see these icons. Once there, you can sort.
Anyways, I paired UD Naked Smoky with this berry lips. I went with a winged liner, and bronze on the lids. Nothing too dark on the crease since I want the focus to be on the winged liner itself. This look is quite heavy on both eyes and lips, but I don’t quite mind it. I think this will look nice for a party. For a day look, I probably will leave the eyes bare, just mascara and groomed brows, leaving the lips to be the focus of the attention.
I have done a smoky eye look using UD Naked Smoky in my previous tutorial, please check it out!

Lately I’m very obsessed with MAC Cosmetics and a friend who knows me well gave me a few Christmas presents. So I received a new lipstick and lip pencil from MAC and I was so excited to try them out! Thankyou santa :)!
Today I will review the lipstick D for Danger and the lip pencil Beet.
MAC D for Danger from The Matte Lip Collection of MAC Cosmetics is a dark berry lipstick with a matte finish. I really love the colour, I already own many red lipsticks in different shades but I didn’t own this colour in my collection yet. It’s the perfect fall and winter red, the berry undertone makes it look really chique.
The lipstick costs €19,50 and is available in MAC Cosmetics shops and counters. You can also order it online at www.maccosmetics.com
MAC Beet from MAC Cosmetics is the sugar to the coffee of D for Danger. It has the same dark berry colour. The lip pencil has a soft and smooth yet not brittle texture and spreads easily on the lips. It has overall a great pigmentation, one swip is just enough.
D For Danger Mac Lipstick Swatch
The lip pencil costs €15,50.
These are the swatches. It’s very pigmentated and beautifully matte.
D for Danger and Beet are a match made in heaven! The colours are exactly the same.

I’m so happy with my gifts! I really like the formula of the lipstick and lip pencil. It’s matte which makes it lasts for a long time, it can last up to 5-6 hours depending on what you eat or drink. Since you can build up the color, or leave a wash of colour on the lips, it’ll leave a stain .
It is not dry nor hydrating, it’s perfect!
